Any promotion on our website is only valid on the michaeljonesjeweller.co.uk website and must be for a qualifying order.
Please note that all promotional codes, discounts and special offers used in conjunction with our website may exclude certain brands, already discounted products, including sale or some pre-owned items.
Certain discounts on items may affect purchases being made using finance. For further information please visit our Finance info page or contact our customer services department.
Any free products received as a result of a promotional offer are non-refundable. If the products that were purchased in order to qualify for such an offer are returned/refunded then the promotional gift must also be returned.
Promotional codes or special offers may not be used in conjunction with any other promotional code, special offer or already discounted items.
All promotions are subject to availability. In particular, we reserve the right to cancel a promotion or reject the use of a promotional code or special offer when these stated terms and conditions are not met.
A promotion has no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash or benefits in kind such as gift vouchers.
Where a promotion is subject to a minimum spend, redemption is only permitted in respect of the purchase of the qualifying products detailed within the promotion information.
We reserve the right to cancel a promotion or special offer and reject redemption of a promotion if we believe that it is being used unlawfully or illegally.

Prize Draws & Competitions

The following terms and conditions to apply to competitions and prize draws unless otherwise stated:

Prize draws and competitions are not open to anyone who works for us or their immediate families, or anyone connected with the competition or prize draw in question.
Prize draws and competitions are only open to UK residents.
Only one entry per person unless otherwise stated.
All prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to replace items with those of equal or greater value.
Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Entry forms will not be returned.
No responsibility is accepted for lost or damaged entry forms.
In respect of prize draws, the winner(s) will be drawn at random from all valid entries received by the closing date. In respect of competitions, the winner(s) will be chosen by an independent judge whose decision is final.
No correspondence will be entered into regarding the selection of the winner(s).
The winner(s) agree to have their name(s) published as winner(s) and to take part in any publicity, including via social media, arranged by or on behalf of Michael Jones Jeweller in connection with the applicable prize draw or competition
By entering a prize draw or competition, each entrant agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.
