• Any free products received as a result of a promotional offer are non-refundable. If the products that were purchased in order to qualify for such an offer are returned/refunded then the promotional gift must also be returned.
• Promotional codes or special offers may not be used in conjunction with any other promotional code, special offer or already discounted items. 
• All promotions are subject to availability. In particular, we reserve the right to cancel a promotion or reject the use of a promotional code or special offer when these stated terms and conditions are not met.
• A promotion has no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash or benefits in kind such as gift vouchers. 
• Where a promotion is subject to a minimum spend, redemption is only permitted in respect of the purchase of the qualifying products detailed within the promotion information.

The following terms and conditions to apply to competitions and prize draws unless otherwise stated:

• Prize draws and competitions are only open to UK residents.
• Only one entry per person unless otherwise stated.
• All prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to replace items with those of equal or greater value.
• Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Entry forms will not be returned.
• No responsibility is accepted for lost or damaged entry forms.
• In respect of prize draws, the winner(s) will be drawn at random from all valid entries received by the closing date. In respect of competitions, the winner(s) will be chosen by an independent judge whose decision is final.
• No correspondence will be entered into regarding the selection of the winner(s).
• The winner(s) agree to have their name(s) published as winner(s) and to take part in any publicity, including via social media, arranged by or on behalf of Michael Jones Jeweller in connection with the applicable prize draw or competition

Terms & Conditions:

1. Eligibility: Open to entrants residing in the UK aged 18 and over. This giveaway is not affiliated with or sponsored by Instagram. No purchase necessary.

2. Entry Requirements:

To enter, participants must:

Terms & Conditions:

3. Warranty:
The weld is covered under a 90-day warranty starting from the date of purchase. If the jewellery breaks after the 90-day warranty period, repairs will be subject to a small fee.

4. Durability:
Welded bracelets are designed to be permanent, durable, and long-lasting; however, the actual length of wear may vary depending on factors such as physical activity, daily wear, and care.

5. Removal for Medical or Other Reasons:
- You may be required to remove your bracelet for medical procedures, including but not limited to MRIs and surgeries. The bracelet can be safely removed using scissors and can be re-attached by a jeweller at a later date (additional fees may apply).

6. Additional Terms:

- This offer cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts.
- The free or discounted bracelet must be of equal or lesser value than the purchased bracelet.
- The offer is available while supplies last and applies only to eligible bracelet styles.
