If you require an item to be delivered for a specific date simply contact our customer service team who will see if this will be possible for you. We always endeavour to dispatch your item at the earliest opportunity. We will keep you informed on the progress of your order and will contact you immediately to let you know if we are unable to deliver within the advertised timeframes.

Ring Sizes
Although we often stock a range of ring sizes, there are occasions where we may not have the size you need in store.
Depending on the ring style and size we may be able to have your ring resized to your requirements by one of our in-house goldsmiths before it is dispatched. Alternatively, we may need to order your ring directly from the supplier which may take longer than our standard dispatch times. Our customer service team will be able to arrange this for you and We will always keep you informed on the progress of your order and let you know if we are unable to deliver within the advertised timeframes.
Watch Sizing
If you know your wrist size and would like your new watch to be adjusted to fit prior to delivery, please contact our friendly Customer Service team who will be happy to arrange this for you.If you receive your watch and it requires adjustment, simply pop into any of our showrooms with your watch along with proof of purchase and one of our sales associates will be able to do this free of charge for you while you wait.
