Returns

We are sure that you’ll love your new item, but on the rare occasion that it isn’t and you want to return it, simply send it back to us and we’ll be more than happy to give you a full refund or an exchange (This excludes items made or ordered specifically to your requirements, personalised items and gift vouchers.)

Make sure that the product is in its original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or dispatch invoice) and return the unworn item to us within 30 days. Regarding Pre-Owned items, we will be happy to refund or exchange your item providing it is returned to us unworn in its original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase within 14 days of purchase.

For items purchased under a credit agreement, you have the right to withdraw from the credit agreement before the end of 14 days beginning with the day after the day on which you receive your executed copy of the agreement. If we accept your return we will contact the lender to cancel the credit agreement. We may not able to cancel the finance if the return falls outside of the 14 day withdrawal period.

To return items by post please package your item up well, ensuring the invoice/gift receipt is included in the parcel. You may wish to add a note stating the reason for the return. Take the item to the Post Office and post to:

The buyer is responsible for the return postage unless the item is faulty or damaged on arrival. We recommend that you obtain a proof of postage and make sure that the item is insured for its full value while in transit. We cannot accept any responsibility for returns that do not reach us.

Please allow 10 days for your return to be processed. If you requested a refund, it will be refunded to the same payment method that the item was paid for originally.

You can also call in to any of our stores to return your item, where they will be happy to give you a refund, exchange or credit note.

Please note: Orders paid for using PayPal or Interest Free Credit need to be processed by our head office and the refund may not be immediate. Special Orders

Please note that we are unable to offer exchanges or refunds on bespoke items or special orders.

This means that we cannot provide refunds or exchanges on items that have been specially made to order for you, items that have been altered or personalised in any way, and products that are not normally stocked but have been ordered specially at your request. Bespoke or specially ordered products may only be returned if the goods are faulty or were supplied incorrectly. This does not affect your statutory rights.


The MJJ Guarantee

We believe that all our products are of the highest quality and will guarantee everything against manufacturing defects for 1 year unless covered by a brand guarantee which can be up to 5 years. These rights are additional to and do not detract from your statutory rights.
