Returns - Online & In Store
We’re sure that you’ll love your new item, but on the rare occasion that it isn't 100% right just return it within 30 days* of purchase and we’ll be more than happy to give you a full refund or an exchange. (This excludes items made, altered, or ordered specifically to your requirements, personalised items, and gift vouchers. Purchase receipt must be presented to be eligible for return.) This policy is offered in addition to your legal rights.
Garmin Watches Returns - Garmin watch products are sold in sealed packages (unless otherwise stated). Products must be returned in original sealed condition to be eligible for a refund.
*Purchases of Preowned watches, Reduced items and purchases paid for using V12 Finance are excluded from the 30 day returns period and separate terms are specified below.
V12 Finance Returns
For items purchased under a credit agreement, you have the right to withdraw from the credit agreement before the end of 14 days beginning with the day after the day on which you receive your executed copy of the agreement. Return your item as below and we will contact the lender to cancel the credit agreement. We may not be able to cancel the finance if the return is received by us outside of the 14-day withdrawal period.
Pre-Owned Watches
Regarding Pre-Owned watches, we will be happy to refund or exchange your item providing it is returned to us in its original packaging and condition, accompanied by proof of purchase within 14 days of purchase.
Reduced Items - Includes Sale and Outlet items
For purchases of reduced items made on or after 8th May 2025, we will be happy to refund or exchange your item providing it is returned to us in its original packaging and condition, accompanied by proof of purchase within 14 days of purchase (within 14 days of receiving goods, for online orders).
For purchases of reduced items made before 8th May 2025, we will be happy to refund or exchange your item providing it is returned to us in its original packaging and condition, accompanied by proof of purchase within 30 days of purchase.
Special orders - Online & In-Store purchases
Please note that we are unable to offer exchanges or refunds on bespoke items or special orders. This means that we cannot provide refunds or exchanges on items that have been specially made to order for you, items that have been altered or personalised in any way, and products that are not normally stocked but have been ordered specially at your request. Bespoke or specially ordered products may only be returned if the goods are faulty or were supplied incorrectly. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Gift Receipts - In Store purchases
We are unable to offer refunds for items that are returned to us with a gift receipt, however we would be happy to exchanged your item(s) for another of the same, or higher value or for a gift card to the same value within 30 days of purchase, providing it is returned to us in its original condition and packaging. For purchases of reduced items and pre-owned watches, these must be returned within 14 days of purchase. Items purchased through V12 finance are not eligible for return with a gift receipt. Bespoke or special-order items are not eligible for exchange or refund unless faulty or supplied incorrectly. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Charity Donations
As part of Michael Jones Community Ltd, we offer charities and local causes donations in the form of raffle or auction prizes. These items are not eligible for refund or exchange. They are given at no cost for fundraising events and so have no alternative cash value.
Posting Returns - online orders
To return your item by post, make sure that the product is in its original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or despatch invoice) and return the unworn item to us within 30 days. Package your item up well and return to:

We recommend that you obtain a proof of postage and make sure that the item is insured for its full value while in transit. We cannot accept any responsibility for returns that do not reach us.
Returns In-Store
You can call in to any of our stores to return your item in person. Purchases must be returned in their original condition with their original packaging and purchase receipt. For purchases paid by credit or debit card, refunds must be paid back to the original payment card. If you are returning an item that was paid for by cash, we recommend contacting the store you wish to return the item to at least 1 working day before your visit so we can ensure we have cash available to process the refund.
For online order returns, refunds are proceeded by our head office and will not be immediate. Exchanges or credit notes can be completed in-store, proof of purchase is required.
Please allow 10 days for your return to be processed. Funds will be refunded to the same payment method that the item was paid for originally.

Your Legal Rights
When you buy goods from a business, in law you have a number of rights as a consumer. These include the right to claim within 30 days of ownership a refund, replacement, repair and/or compensation where the goods are not of satisfactory quality, not fit for purpose or not as described.

The MJJ Guarantee
We believe that all our products are of the highest quality and will guarantee everything against manufacturing defects for 1 year unless covered by a brand guarantee which can be up to 8 years.
