Tracking your order


At Michael Jones Jeweller, we will always endeavour to have your order ready and dispatched at the earliest opportunity.

Once your order has been placed you will receive the following emails to keep you updated on the progress of your order:

  • Order confirmation - This email contains your order number and details of your order. We recommend keeping this email for your information as you will need your order number should you need to contact us.
  • Order in process - This email will confirm our acceptance of your order and an estimated dispatch or collection date. It is at this point that if there are any issues or queries with your order we will contact you.
  • Order dispatched - If you have requested your order to be delivered to you, this email will contain the relevant dispatch information which can be used to track the delivery of your order. All orders are dispatched using a tracked delivery service (Royal Mail Signed For delivery service will be used unless otherwise stated).
  • Order ready for collection - If you have reserved an item to view in store or if you have requested a Click&Collect order, this email will let you know when your order has arrived at your chosen store and is ready to view or collect.

All emails will be sent to the email address used when the order was placed.
