Delivery Information

At Michael Jones Jeweller, we believe that shopping online should be just as convenient as shopping in one of our stores. That's why we offer a range of collection or delivery options to suit your needs.

Reserve and view in store:

You do not need to pay upfront for your item. We are more than happy to reserve an item for you to pop into your chosen showroom at your convenience. We can usually hold an item for up to 1 week although sale or limited edition items may be limited to 48 hours. You are under no obligation to purchase your reserved item and are welcome to view alternative items when you pop in. Please be aware that if the item needs to be transferred to an alternative showroom for you, it may be 2-3 days until it is available to view. We will always keep you updated.

Click and collect in store:

If you are sure that you would like to purchase an item but would find it more convenient to collect the item rather than have it delivered, we offer a free click and collect service. Please be aware that we still have to wait for your payment to clear before we can let you take the goods. Sometimes this can be a few days. Again, we will always keep you informed when your item is ready.

Delivery to your chosen UK address:

Standard delivery to UK and Northern Ireland addresses is free for all orders over £50 and just £7.50 for orders under £50

Our packages will be sent to you by either Royal Mail and may require a signature upon delivery. We don't want you to wait too long to receive your exciting purchase, and so always aim to have your order with you within 3-7 working days (Monday-Friday, excluding Bank Holidays).

International orders:

We can post most items worldwide and are happy to process orders from overseas. We do not offer a free service for posting abroad regardless of the value of the item, please contact us for a postage estimate prior to placing an order.

Gift wrapping

We know that you love our signature wax seal gift-wrap and we will always gift-wrap your online orders to unwrap at home. This means that your item will arrive ready to be gifted if it is a present or wrapped for your pleasure if it is a treat for yourself. Enjoy.

Ring Sizes

Although we often stock a range of ring sizes, there are occasions where we may need to order your ring direct from the supplier or have your order resized by our jeweller. We'll keep you up to date on the progress of your order and will contact you to immediately to let you know if we are unable to deliver within the advertised timeframes.

Returns

We’re sure that you’ll love your new item, but on the rare occasion that it isn’t 100% right just send it back and we’ll be more than happy to give you a full refund or an exchange (This excludes items made or ordered specifically to your requirements, personalised items and gift vouchers.) Just make sure that the product is in its original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or despatch invoice) and return the unworn item to us within 30 days.

Regarding Pre-Owned watches, we will be happy to refund or exchange your item providing it is returned to us in its original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase within 14 days of purchase.

To return items by post please package your item up well, ensuring the invoice/gift receipt is included in the parcel. You may wish to add a note stating the reason for the return. Take the item to the Post Office and post to:

We recommend that you obtain a proof of postage and make sure that the item is insured for its full value while in transit. We cannot accept any responsibility for returns that do not reach us.

Please allow 10 days for your return to be processed. If you requested a refund, it will be refunded to the same payment method that the item was paid for originally.

You can also call in to any of our stores to return your item, where they will be happy to give you a refund, exchange or credit note. Please note: Orders paid for using PayPal or Interest Free Credit need to be proceeded by our head office and the refund may not be immediate.

Special orders

Please note that we are unable to offer exchanges or refunds on bespoke items or special orders. This means that we cannot provide refunds or exchanges on items that have been specially made to order for you, items that have been altered or personalised in any way, and products that are not normally stocked but have been ordered specially at your request. Bespoke or specially ordered products may only be returned if the goods are faulty or were supplied incorrectly. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Guarantee

We believe that all of our products are of the highest quality and will guarantee everything against manufacturing defects for 1 year unless covered by a brand guarantee which can be up to 5 years. These rights are additional to and do not detract from your statutory rights.
