The Heritage Yellow Gold Diamond & Blue Guilloché Enamel Water Lily Surprise Locket features blue guilloché enamel and round white diamonds, set in 18ct yellow gold. The locket opens to reveal an 18ct yellow gold green guilloché enamel water lily pad with a pink carved Mother of Pearl flower, set with a round diamond. The locket is 22mm and comes with a 50cm long chain in 18ct rose gold.
